Coriell Board of Trustees – Emeritus

Alan Wechsler has owned and operated a number of businesses in a variety of fields during his 48-year business career. Most recently, Mr. Wechsler was founder, chairman, and CEO of Cherry Hill Photo Enterprises, a provider of seasonal photography services to shopping centers and department stores throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to this, Mr. Wechsler was owner, chairman, and CEO of Alaura, Inc., which manufactured store fixtures, custom institutional cabinetry and millwork; the company was acquired by American Greeting Card Company in 1980.

In addition to serving on Coriell’s board, Mr. Wechsler is donor trustee and current president of the Gertrude and Raymond Saltzman Foundation, and is currently serving as vice chairman of the board of directors and chair of the investment committee of Elwyn Inc., which has been developing and providing unique, innovative services to people with special needs for over 155 years. Mr. Wechsler has also served as past president of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.
