Ordering online

All orders must be placed via our online catalog website. We've made our ordering process as simple as we can for our customers, but we understand some questions may pop up. For those, we've put together this guide to help you get the samples you need for your research in a timely manner. Please click on one of the topics below to view additional information or you can visit our Ordering FAQ.

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of the catalog. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the right navigation bar of each catalog collection, as well as on each collection home page. When you find an item that interests you, click the catalog ID of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including the products available (such as cell cultures, DNA, plates or panels). If you do not find what you are looking for in the catalog, you may want to contact our customer service by phone (800-752-3805 in USA or 856-757-4848 from other countries) or by email at customerservice@coriell.org.

If you want to order an item from Coriell, you can do so by checking the box next to the item you wish to order from your search results or by clicking on the item ID and then clicking on the “Add to Cart” button on the right-hand side of the product detail page. Alternatively, you can paste a list of the catalog numbers into a quick order (quick order is available after logging in to the “My Account Manager” page). Please note that this option only works if you are ordering the same product type (i.e. all cell cultures or all DNA samples). Once you have added an item to your Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or your browser's back button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your Cart. If you decide that you do not want to purchase a particular item, click the "Remove" button at the beginning of the item's row. You may also update the quantity of any items in your Cart, but please note that certain products are only available in predefined quantities. When you are ready to place an order for everything in your Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are not logged in to your account, you will be taken to the login page where you can either login or register for an account. If you are logged in, you will be taken to the first page of the order form. If you are not ready to place the order at this time, you can click on the "Save List for Later" button. You will be asked to supply a name for your saved list so that you can easily reference this Cart in the future. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact our customer service by phone (800-752-3805 in USA or 856-757-4848 from other countries) or by email at customerservice@coriell.org.

Depending on the items that you are ordering, there may be different assurance forms (MTAs) that are required to be submitted. The assurance forms that are required for your order will be listed on this page, and you will see if your assurance form is current and on file, or if you must submit an assurance form so that your order can be processed. You can proceed with the checkout if you do not have the required assurance form on file, but your order will not be reviewed and approved until the form is received by Coriell.
