Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,t(1;17)(q21;q21)/46,XY,t(1;17)(q21;q21),t(11; 16)(q13;q13); 84%/2%/12%; balanced with 2% of the cells showing random chromosome loss. Donor is the son of AG05844A. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
