The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's sister, deceased brother, and deceased father were affected. The culture was initiated on 7/10/85 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's affected sister is AG08744 and his mother is AG08378. |
