Remarks |
The donor is clinically affected with moderate dementia of insidious onset. Three sibs died with autopsy proven Alzheimer's disease. The culture was initiated from explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XX/47,XX,+21; unbalanced; 56%/44%. The culture is frozen at PDL 14. A skin fibroblast culture from donor's affected sister is AG05810D. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
