The donor is an unaffected spouse of an Alzheimer's disease affected family member. The skin biopsy was taken ante- mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 8/14/85 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture was frozen at PDL 5. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG08380. Donor's at-risk children are AG08375 Fibroblast and AG08376 and AG08374A Lymphoblast. |
