Remarks |
Donor is a probable escapee in an Alzheimer's disease family. Donor's deceased brother was affected. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 6/20/85 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture was frozen at PDL 9. Donor's affected niece is AG08744 Lymphoblast. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG08264A. |
