Remarks
The Finnish donor is a clinically unaffected father of 3 affected children. The skin biopsy was obtained ante-mortem on 11/30/84 from the inner aspect of the upper left arm. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG07952A.
