Remarks |
The culture was initiated on 4/12/91 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XX with 4% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. No aged sibling of this donor is currently available from the Repository. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
