The culture was initiated on 2/14/91 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XY; normal diploid male. Donor had one sibling over the age of 90, but no cell line for this sib is available from the Repository. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
