The culture was initiated on 1/11/91 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XX,1qh+ with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. A lymphoblast culture from the sister of this donor is AG11339C. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
