Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,Y,t(X;3)(p22;q21); 66%/34% with 4% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 2% showing random chromosomal aberrations. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
