| Remarks |
The donor had a 9 year history of progressive mental deterioration and development of aggressive behavior. A CT scan revealed moderate to marked cortical atrophy. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the upper left arm. The culture was initiated on 2/29/84 using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 46,XY with 4% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss/gain. Culture was frozen at PDL 10. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
