Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 45,X/46,XY/46,XY,t(1;5)(q24;p15); 10%/76%/14% with 10% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss.
