Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,der(9)t(1;9)(q23;p24)/46,XY,t(1;12;22)(p36; q13;q12),del(3)(q22q25),der(10)t(10;15)(q26;q14),del(19)(?); 80%/4%/16% with 10% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 2% showing random chromosomal aberrations. Donor is the father of AG04453. Culture grows slowly. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
