Thoroughbred horse. The biopsy was taken l hour post-mortem on 9/18/85. The culture was initiated using explants of minced lung tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 64,XX; normal diploid female. Other cultures from this horse are AG08419, AG08421, and AG08422. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
