Holstein breed. The lung biopsy was taken 4 hours post-mortem on 4/18/85. The culture was initiated using explants of minced lung tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 60,XX; normal diploid female. Other cultures from this cow are AG08130, AG08132B and AG08133A.
