Remarks |
Donor was 101 years old at the time of venipuncture. The culture was initiated on 3/27/91 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XX with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. A lymphoblast culture from the sister of this donor is AG11427A. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
