Remarks |
The donor displays the following clinical signs of progeria: short stature, alopecia, age spots on skin, and coxa valga. The donor has had four heart attacks. The biopsy was taken ante-mortem on 6/27/89 from skin of the inner upper right arm. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. |
