Remarks |
Donor is a clinically unaffected father of an affected child. Skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem on 10/25/85. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG08916. |
