GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 22 PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 22q11.2, IGLC2, 22q12.1-q13.1, D22S300, and 22q13.31-qter, DIA1, and gave a negative result with a primer for 22q13.31, KI-108.
