Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like and the karyotype is 46,XY with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. Same subject as AG29054 (iPSC). |
