| Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Donor diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma at age 67. Cultures initiated from biopsies taken 18 and 19 years earlier from this same donor are AG10047 and AG04453, respectively. Donor is son of AG04065D. |
