Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/47,XY,+18; 42%/58% with 3% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. A culture initiated from a biopsy taken 7 years earlier from this same donor is AG04350. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
