Remarks Donor was clinically affected with Alzheimer's disease. Diagnosis was autopsy confirmed. Donor's father, brother, and sister are affected. Culture was initiated on 9/87 using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG09952. Donor is Volga German. The Asn141Ile mutation in PS2 not found. Donor is homozygous for the 4 allele of apolipoprotein E.
