Line 5965C-VA1 is a post-crisis SV40 virus-transformed derivative of MRC-5 (AG05965C) that was derived 10/87 by infecting MRC-5 cells at PDL 27 with SV40 virus. Foci of transformed cells appeared and were scored approximately 28 days post-infection. Crisis occurred 50 PDLs post-infection. The culture was frozen at passage 38. |
