Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,t(15;19)(p11.2;p13.1),t(15;19)(q26.3;q13.1)/ 46,XY,t(4;6)(p12;q13),t(11;20)(q13;p13); balanced; 18%/68%/12% with 2% of the cells examined showing other abnormalities.
