Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like and the karyotype is 46,XY with 6% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 6% showing rearrangements. A culture initiated from a biopsy taken 9 years earlier from this same donor is AG04144. Donor is the father of AG04058. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
