Remarks The donor is an unaffected spouse of an Alzheimer's disease affected family member. Donor has two affected children. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 8/14/85 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture was frozen at PDL 5. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG08378. Donor's affected daughter is AG08744 Lymphoblast.
