Remarks |
Donor is a clinically unaffected member of an Alzheimer's disease family. Donor's deceased son was affected. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 6/21/85 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture was frozen at PDL 3. Donor's affected granddaughter is AG08744 Lymphoblast. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG08268. |
