Remarks |
The biopsy was taken 20 hr post-mortem on 3/18/77. Cause of death was coronary artery disease. The culture was initiated using explants of minced lung tissue. The karyotype is 46,XY; normal diploid male. A matched skin derived fibroblast culture from same donor is AG02261B. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
