Samples for the Amish Major Affective Disorders Study
Each of the samples is accompanied by clinical status and updated clinical information. The ages are those at the time that the sample was taken. The relationships to first degree relatives in the study are also indicated in remarks and shown in the pedigrees. All of the pedigrees have common ancestors as shown below:
The family is broken into 35 sub-pedigrees. A small number of individuals are found in more than one sub-pedigree. This is indicated in the catalog remarks for those individuals and on the respective sub-pedigrees.
