Hundreds of Greater Philadelphia's most enterprising business, government and healthcare leaders gathered April 24 at the Union League of Philadelphia to commemorate the cutting-edge research taking place at Coriell Institute. The 2014 What's In Your Genes? was an educational opportunity to learn more about the exciting field of personalized medicine, as well as an occasion to honor three exceptional individuals for their contributions to science: Harvard's Dr. Robert Green, Greg Downing, of the U.S. Department for Health and Human Services, and Mr. Charles Lord, a prominent ambassador for the Institute.

The Personalized Medicine Policy Award recognizes innovation in policy; the Scientific Award distinguishes significant achievements in the field; and the Ambassador Award commemorates advocacy on behalf of the Institute.
