A Community Advisory Group (CAG) may recover $1,000/year for meeting expenses, reimbursable through Coriell Institute for Medical Research (Coriell). Examples of acceptable expenses include meeting room rental, local travel for members of the CAG to attend the meeting, and the preparation and dissemination of written material associated with meeting attendance and participation.
Expenses will be paid by Coriell upon receipt of the following:
- Invoice, properly prepared, dated, and signed by the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Receipts, signed by the Principal Investigator (PI).
- Should a receipt(s) not be available (for example, due to local public transportation) a note authorized by the PI is an acceptable alternative
- Submit invoice and all receipts to:
