Remarks The donor is a probable escapee from Alzheimer's disease. Donor's parent and 4 siblings were affected. Donor is the product of a consanguineous marrage. The biopsy was taken ante-mortem and the culture was initiated using collagenase digestion of skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblastlike. Culture was passaged 2 times at the CCR and the PDL is unknown. Donor's affected siblings are AG10788 Fibroblast and AG10984A, AG11001, and AG10987 Lymphoblast. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG11009D.
