Remarks The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's deceased father and paternal aunt and uncle were affected. The culture was initiated on 1/30/90 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's mother is AG10952A and his sister is AG10953.
