Remark |
The skin biopsy was taken post-mortem on 10/21/85 from the inner aspect of the upper arm of a fetus of 131 days gestational age. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblastlike. The karyotype is 42,XX; normal diploid female. A matching lung fibroblast culture from this monkey is AG08453. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
